Tell us what you want an agent to run.

A short message is enough — the process, the volume, the system it touches. We will take it from there and come back with questions worth your time.

What happens after you reach out

A senior engineer reads your message — not a sales queue. You get a reply within one business day with either a proposed call slot or a direct answer if the question is simple. If what you need is not something we do well, we say so in that first reply.

  • First reply within one business day
  • Read and answered by an engineer, not a sales sequence
  • No obligation, no automated drip follow-up

discovery · 30 min

A discovery call, not a pitch

The first call is 30 minutes on the process you want to automate: current volume, exception rate, the systems involved, and what a good month looks like. Bring whoever owns the process day to day — their answers matter more than a slide deck. We share how similar agents behaved in production, including where they struggled.

  • We map the workflow and its exceptions, not just the happy path
  • You see comparable builds from our engineering hub
  • We flag data, PDPC and access questions early

scoping · honest

Honest scoping, in writing

After discovery you get a written scope in SGD: what the agent will handle, what stays with people, how it will be evaluated before go-live, and what running it costs. If the economics do not clear — the volume is too low, or a simpler automation would do — we tell you that instead of selling you an agent.

  • Fixed-scope first phase with defined evaluation gates
  • Buy-versus-build called out where off-the-shelf wins
  • For FIs, MAS TRM considerations addressed in the scope itself

Frequently asked questions

How quickly will I hear back?

Within one business day, from an engineer who has read your message. WhatsApp (+65 8749 0243) is usually faster for short questions.

What should we prepare for the first call?

Nothing formal. Know the process you want to automate, roughly how many items it handles a month, and which systems it touches. If the person who runs the process day to day can join, the call is twice as useful.

Is the discovery call paid?

No. Discovery and the initial written scope are free. Paid work starts only when you approve a defined first phase, priced in SGD with evaluation gates before anything goes live.

We are a regulated financial institution. Can you work within MAS TRM?

Yes. We scope MAS TRM and PDPC considerations — data residency, access controls, auditability, outsourcing requirements — into the engagement from the start rather than retrofitting them before go-live.

Do you only deploy Claude?

We are Claude-first — we are a member of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network with Claude Certified Architects on the team — but model-agnostic in practice. We deploy whichever model fits the task, the budget and your compliance constraints.

We already have an agent that is not working. Can you look at it?

Yes. Broken or underperforming agents are a common starting point — we run a structured assessment of the agent's design, evaluation and operations, then give you a fix plan you can execute with or without us.

Prefer to skip the form?

Message us on WhatsApp and an engineer will pick it up. Same one-business-day promise, usually faster.
