aideploy pricing --market=SG --currency=SGD
Priced like infrastructure, not experiments
No rate cards, no fake price tables. We scope your workflow in discovery, then quote a fixed price for each phase — pilot, production, and the monthly operations that keep an agent reliable.
Pilot / POC
2–6 weeks. A bounded slice of the workflow, run on your real data, scored with a formal Agent GPA evaluation. Low five figures SGD. Ends with a working agent and an evidence-based production quote.
Production deployment
6–12 weeks. Full integration, load testing, SLOs, human-in-the-loop controls, and a gated go-live. Mid five figures to six figures SGD depending on systems, volume, and regulatory posture. Fixed once scope is signed.
AgentOps retainer
Monthly. SLO monitoring, scheduled re-evaluation, incident response, and updates as models and systems change. Low-to-mid four figures SGD per month, sized to agent count and criticality.
quote: scoped-fixed
Fixed quotes after discovery, not hourly guesswork
Every agent project is priced against your actual workflow: the systems it touches, the volume it handles, the accuracy bar it must clear, and the compliance envelope it runs inside. We run a short discovery — usually one to two weeks — and come back with a fixed quote per phase, a delivery timeline, and the evaluation criteria the agent must pass before it goes live. If the numbers don't work for you, discovery is where the engagement ends, not after months of billable drift.
- Workflow walkthrough with the team that owns the process today
- Integration audit: ERP, core systems, ticketing, document sources
- Data handling review against PDPC obligations — and MAS TRM outsourcing expectations for financial institutions
- A written scope with pass/fail evaluation criteria, quoted as a fixed price
phase: pilot · weeks
Pilot: prove it on your data before you commit
A pilot takes a bounded slice of the workflow — one document type, one queue, one branch — and runs the agent against real historical data with a formal Agent GPA evaluation at the end. Pilots typically run two to six weeks and land in the low five figures in SGD, depending on integration depth. You get a working agent, a scored evaluation report, and a production quote grounded in evidence rather than a proposal deck. If the pilot doesn't clear the bar we agreed, you'll know exactly why, in writing.
phase: production · 6-12 wk
Production: integration, hardening, and a gated go-live
Production deployment is where most of the engineering lives: full system integration, human-in-the-loop controls, load testing against your real peak volumes, failure-mode drills, and SLOs agreed before launch. Depending on the number of systems, the throughput, and the regulatory posture — a logistics hub's order queue and an insurer's claims intake are very different builds — production engagements in Singapore typically range from the mid five figures into six figures SGD. The quote is fixed once scope is signed; changes are re-quoted, not absorbed into ambiguity.
phase: agentops · monthly
AgentOps: the retainer that keeps it reliable
An agent that nobody monitors degrades quietly — models update, upstream systems change, edge cases accumulate. The AgentOps retainer covers monitoring against your SLOs, scheduled re-evaluation, incident response, and model or prompt updates as your workflow evolves. Retainers are sized to the number of agents and their criticality, typically a low-to-mid four-figure monthly fee in SGD. Our lead engineer has handled 300+ production incidents; that discipline is what you're retaining, and it's why we treat operations as part of the product rather than an upsell.
cost: model-usage · small
The AI itself is the cheapest line item
Clients often expect model usage to dominate the budget. It rarely does. For most back-office workflows — invoice matching, reconciliation, support triage — monthly model costs run from tens to a few hundred SGD per workflow, even at enterprise volume. We publish a free calculator on our engineering hub so you can estimate this yourself before we ever speak. We deploy Claude first where it fits and remain model-agnostic where it doesn't; either way, usage costs are passed through transparently, not marked up behind a bundle.
governance: priced-in
Compliance is in the quote, not a change request
For Singapore enterprises, data governance is scope, not garnish. PDPC-aligned data handling, audit trails, and human oversight controls are part of every production build. For banks and insurers, we scope against MAS TRM expectations from day one — including outsourcing documentation your compliance team will ask for. Pricing these in up front is slower to quote and much cheaper to live with.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't you publish a price list?
Because a price list for agent deployment is either fiction or padding. The same use case — say, invoice matching — can be a compact build for one company and a six-figure integration for another, depending on systems, volume, and compliance requirements. We quote fixed prices per phase after a short discovery, so the number you see is the number you pay.
What does a pilot cost in Singapore?
Most pilots land in the low five figures SGD and run two to six weeks. The exact figure depends on integration depth and data preparation. Every pilot ends with a scored Agent GPA evaluation and a fixed quote for production, so you're never asked to commit to the big number on faith.
How much are the ongoing AI running costs?
Small — usually the cheapest line in the budget. Typical back-office workflows cost tens to a few hundred SGD per month in model usage, even at enterprise volume. You can estimate your own workload with the free Claude cost calculator on our engineering hub. Usage is passed through at cost, not marked up.
We're a financial institution. Does MAS TRM compliance cost extra?
It's scoped in from the start, not sold as an add-on. For banks and insurers we design against MAS TRM expectations during discovery — data handling, audit trails, outsourcing documentation, human oversight — so your compliance team reviews a design, not a retrofit. It affects the quote, but it never arrives as a surprise change request.
Can we start small before committing to a full deployment?
That's the default path. Discovery, then a pilot on a bounded slice of the workflow, then production only if the evaluation clears the bar we agreed in writing. Each phase is separately quoted and separately exitable. Roughly speaking: weeks and low five figures to know whether this works, before any large commitment.
Who are we actually contracting with?
AI Deploy is a brand of Anchor Sprint Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202632732Z), based at Suntec Tower One, Singapore. We're a member of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network with Claude Certified Architects on the team, and we deploy Claude first but remain model-agnostic — you contract with one accountable Singapore entity either way.
