The agents we deploy, department by department
Every use case below maps to a documented production build in our engineering hub — with the workflow, model choice, cost estimate and evaluation scorecard published. Walk the floor, then pick the department where an agent pays back first.
Evaluated before live
Every agent passes an Agent GPA evaluation against your real documents and edge cases before it touches production — you see the scorecard, not a demo.
Engineered for load
SLOs, load testing and resilience checks are part of the deployment, so the agent that worked in the pilot still works at month-end volume.
Governed by design
Human approval gates, audit trails and PDPC-aligned data handling are built into the workflow — with MAS TRM-aware controls for financial institutions.

Where agents actually earn their keep
We deploy agents where three things line up: high document or ticket volume, decision rules a manager can write down, and a baseline you can measure before and after. That filter rules out most demos and rules in the unglamorous work — remittances, purchase orders, leave requests, support queues. Fourteen builds meeting that bar are documented end-to-end in the Anchor Sprint engineering hub, and each section below links straight to the relevant ones.
- Every build is documented: workflow diagram, model selection, cost estimate, Agent GPA evaluation — see the [full 14-spoke directory](https://www.anchorsprint.com/solutions/agent-use-cases/)
- Claude-first, model-agnostic — we deploy the model that fits the task and your data constraints, not a fixed stack
- Estimate running costs before you commit with the [Claude cost calculator](https://www.anchorsprint.com/tools/claude-cost-calculator/)
dept: sales · scoping
Sales
Sales agents work the gap between enquiry and CRM. For Singapore trading firms and distributors, that usually means the inbox: enquiries arrive as free-text emails and PDFs, and reps spend hours re-keying instead of selling.
- Enquiry-to-quote agent — reads inbound RFQs, checks price lists and stock, drafts a quote for rep approval
- Lead qualification agent — scores and enriches inbound leads against your ICP before they hit the CRM, so reps open with context
- CRM hygiene agent — reconciles pipeline records against email and meeting activity, flagging stale or misstated deals
- Sales patterns share the same intake-extract-approve loop as our [documented order processing build](https://www.anchorsprint.com/solutions/agent-use-cases/order-processing/)
dept: finance · 3 builds documented
Finance
Finance is where we deploy most often, because the baselines are already measured: days sales outstanding, unapplied cash, month-end close time. Banks, insurers and retail groups in Singapore run shared-services teams on exactly the workflows below.
- [Cash application agent](https://www.anchorsprint.com/solutions/agent-use-cases/cash-application/) — reads remittance advices from email and portals, matches payments to open invoices, posts clean matches and queues exceptions
- [Invoice matching agent](https://www.anchorsprint.com/solutions/agent-use-cases/invoice-matching/) — runs the three-way match across PO, goods receipt and invoice, and routes only genuine discrepancies to AP staff
- [Bank reconciliation agent](https://www.anchorsprint.com/solutions/agent-use-cases/bank-reconciliation/) — matches statement lines to ledger entries daily instead of month-end, with a full audit trail per match
dept: ops-logistics · live pattern
Operations and logistics
Singapore moves freight, and freight moves on documents. Operations agents take the PDFs, EDI gaps and email chains that sit between a customer order and an executed shipment, and turn them into structured, validated system entries.
- [Order processing agent](https://www.anchorsprint.com/solutions/agent-use-cases/order-processing/) — extracts line items from emailed POs in any format, validates against your catalog and credit rules, and enters clean orders into the ERP
- Shipping-document agent — checks bills of lading, commercial invoices and packing lists against each other before declaration, flagging mismatches early
- Exception-handling agent — monitors delayed or short shipments and drafts customer notifications with the corrective option already worked out
dept: hr · self-service
Human resources
HR agents remove the queue between an employee question and a correct answer. They matter most in organisations with shift workers and multiple entities, where policy lookups and leave arithmetic consume a disproportionate share of the HR team's week.
- [Leave management agent](https://www.anchorsprint.com/solutions/agent-use-cases/leave-management/) — handles requests, balance checks and approval routing in chat, applying your policy including Singapore public holidays and statutory leave
- Policy Q&A agent — answers employee questions from your actual handbook and Employment Act-aligned policies, with citations, instead of a guess
- Onboarding agent — chases documents, provisions checklists and answers new-hire questions across the first 90 days
dept: service · queue-connected
Customer service
We do not sell a chatbot that answers everything. We deploy service agents that triage, resolve the ticket types you approve, and hand the rest to a human with the investigation already done — which is what keeps CSAT stable while the queue shrinks.
- [Support triage agent](https://www.anchorsprint.com/solutions/agent-use-cases/support-triage/) — classifies, prioritises and routes every inbound ticket, and drafts the first response for agent review
- Resolution agent — fully handles the narrow, high-volume categories (order status, document requests, standard amendments) within defined guardrails
- Voice-of-customer agent — mines closed tickets for recurring root causes and reports them to product and ops weekly
governance: always-on
What every deployment carries
Department aside, every agent we run ships with the same reliability spine: an Agent GPA evaluation before go-live, SLOs and load tests before scale, and human-in-the-loop controls sized to the risk of the task. Deployments are designed to align with PDPC obligations, and for financial institutions we build to MAS TRM-aware controls — audit trails, access management and outsourcing documentation your compliance team can review.
- Our lead engineer has handled 300+ production incidents and run 50+ load-test audits — reliability is the practice, not a slide
- Inherited a broken or stalled agent from another build? See [agent rescue](https://www.anchorsprint.com/solutions/agent-rescue/)

Frequently asked questions
Which use case should a Singapore enterprise deploy first?
Start where volume is high, rules are writable and the baseline is already measured. For most mid-size and large organisations that is finance — cash application or invoice matching — because unapplied cash and AP cycle time give you a before-and-after number within one quarter. Order processing is the usual first pick for trading and logistics firms.
Can these agents be deployed in line with PDPC and MAS TRM requirements?
Yes — deployments are designed to align with PDPC obligations, including data minimisation, access controls and audit trails, and for financial institutions we build to MAS TRM-aware controls covering outsourcing documentation and resilience testing. Your compliance team reviews and signs off; we produce the evidence they need to do so.
Do you only deploy the 14 documented use cases?
No. The 14 builds in our engineering hub are proof of method, not a product list. If your workflow has volume, writable rules and a measurable baseline, we scope a custom build using the same process — workflow design, model selection, Agent GPA evaluation, then production hardening.
Do you only work with Claude?
We are Claude-first — Anchor Sprint is a member of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network with Claude Certified Architects on the team — but model-agnostic in deployment. We select the model per task based on accuracy on your documents, latency, cost and data-residency constraints, and we document that selection in every build.
What does an agent deployment cost in Singapore?
It depends on integration depth and volume, so we scope before we quote — a scoping session produces a fixed SGD proposal for the pilot plus a running-cost estimate. You can pre-check model running costs yourself with our Claude cost calculator before we ever get on a call.
We already have an agent that underperforms. Can you take it over?
Yes. Our agent rescue service takes an existing build through evaluation, identifies why it fails — usually missing evals, no exception handling or unbounded prompts — and re-engineers it to production standard. You keep the sunk investment that still works.
Not sure which department goes first?
Book a scoping session and we will rank your candidate use cases by payback, integration effort and risk — with a fixed SGD proposal for the first deployment. Prefer to start informally? WhatsApp us at +65 8749 0243.
