aideploy --market=SG --list=services
Three service lines. One production standard.
We design, evaluate and run AI agents for Singapore enterprises — banks, insurers, logistics hubs and retail groups. Every engagement ends the same way: an agent in production, measured against numbers you agreed to.
Agent design & deployment
Scope the workflow, design the agent architecture, build and ship it into your environment. Claude-first because that is where our certified depth is; model-agnostic because the workload, your data residency needs and your budget decide the model — not our preferences.
Evaluation & assurance
Before an agent touches real work, we grade it. Agent GPA scoring against golden sets, load testing at your projected peak, and chaos drills that prove the agent degrades safely when a dependency does not.
AgentOps & managed running
Agents in production need operators. We define SLOs, wire monitoring and alerting, watch the error budget, and hold an MTTR target — so the agent stays reliable long after launch week.
deploy · line 01
Agent design & deployment
Most agent projects fail at the boundary between a working demo and a working system. Our deployment line is built around that boundary. We start with the business workflow — cash application, order processing, support triage, or whatever moves the needle for you — then design the agent loop, tool contracts and escalation paths before any prompt is written. We build Claude-first and deploy model-agnostic: if a workload is better served by another model, or your governance requires a specific hosting arrangement, we deploy what fits. Fourteen documented builds in our engineering hub show exactly how we work, including architecture, model selection and cost workings.
- Workflow scoping with your process owners, not just your IT team
- Architecture, tool design and human-in-the-loop escalation defined up front
- Claude-first, model-agnostic — the workload picks the model
- Deployment into your cloud or on-premise environment, with data kept in-region where required
- Handover documentation your own engineers can operate from
eval · line 02 · status: graded
Evaluation & assurance
An agent you have not measured is an agent you are trusting on faith. Our assurance line grades agents the way an engineering organisation grades any production system. We build golden sets from your real cases, score the agent with our Agent GPA framework, then put it under load at and beyond projected peak. For agents wired into critical paths we run chaos and resilience testing — killing dependencies, injecting latency, forcing malformed inputs — to confirm the failure mode is a clean handoff to a human, not a silent wrong answer. This line draws directly on our enterprise resilience practice: 30+ resilience assessments and 50+ load-test audits across the region.
- Agent GPA scoring against golden sets built from your historical cases
- Load testing at projected peak, with published latency and throughput results
- Chaos and resilience drills for agents on critical paths
- Pre-launch gate reports a COO or risk committee can actually read
- Available as a standalone audit of agents built by other vendors

AgentOps & managed running
Launch is the midpoint, not the finish. Models drift, upstream APIs change, volumes spike at quarter end. Our managed running line keeps agents inside their service levels: we agree SLOs with you, instrument every agent action, alert on error-budget burn, and commit to an MTTR target when things break. Our lead engineer has handled more than 300 production incidents — that operational instinct is what you are buying. Monthly, you get a plain-language report: volumes handled, accuracy against the golden set, incidents, cost per transaction in SGD.
- SLOs agreed in writing before we take over the pager
- Full-trace monitoring of agent decisions, tool calls and escalations
- Committed MTTR targets with incident post-mortems
- Continuous re-evaluation as models and your data change
- Monthly reporting: volume, accuracy, incidents, cost per transaction
governance · pdpc / mas-trm
Built for Singapore's regulatory context
Enterprise agents in Singapore operate under real obligations, and we design for them from day one. Deployments are structured to comply with the PDPA and PDPC guidance on data protection, including data residency and access controls. For financial institutions, we map agent architecture and operations against MAS Technology Risk Management guidelines — system resilience, third-party risk, and audit trails are part of the design, not an afterthought. Where relevant, we align with IMDA's AI Verify direction so your governance team has a recognised frame to assess against.
- PDPA-aligned data handling, residency and access design
- MAS TRM mapping for banks, insurers and other FIs
- Complete audit trails: every agent decision is logged and reviewable

engage · scoping
How engagements work
Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation and a written proposal in SGD — fixed-fee for design and evaluation work, monthly retainer for managed running. You can enter at any line: bring us a workflow to automate, an agent that needs independent evaluation before launch, or a live agent that needs a proper operations team behind it. If you have an agent that is already misbehaving in production, our agent rescue service is the fastest way in. We are a member of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network with Claude Certified Architects on the team, and we work on-site or remote across Singapore.
- Fixed-fee design and evaluation engagements, retainer-based operations
- Enter at any line — build, evaluate, or run
- Agent rescue track for agents already failing in production
- Proposals in SGD with scope, timeline and acceptance criteria in writing
Frequently asked questions
You are Claude-first — what does model-agnostic actually mean in practice?
It means the model is a design decision, not a foregone conclusion. We are a member of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network with Claude Certified Architects on the team, so Claude is where our deepest expertise sits. But in scoping we evaluate the workload — accuracy requirements, latency, data residency, cost per transaction — and recommend the model that fits. We have deployed non-Claude models where the numbers said so, and we document the reasoning either way.
Can you evaluate an agent that another vendor built?
Yes, and it is one of the most common ways clients start with us. Our evaluation and assurance line runs as a standalone engagement: we build a golden set from your cases, score the agent with our Agent GPA framework, load test it, and hand you a gate report before you commit to launch. If the agent fails the gate, our agent rescue service can take it from there.
How do you handle PDPA and MAS TRM requirements?
They are inputs to the architecture, not a compliance review at the end. Data flows, residency, retention and access controls are designed to PDPC guidance from the first workshop. For financial institutions we map the deployment against MAS Technology Risk Management guidelines — resilience testing, third-party risk documentation and full audit trails are standard deliverables, not extras.
What does an engagement cost?
Design and evaluation engagements are fixed-fee and quoted in SGD after a scoping call, so there is no meter running during discovery. Managed running is a monthly retainer sized to agent volume and SLO commitments. A typical first deployment — one workflow, evaluated and shipped to production — is scoped in weeks, not quarters, and our public cost calculator gives you a starting point for the model-usage economics.
Who operates the agent after launch — you or us?
Your choice, and the handover path is built in either way. Some clients keep us on retainer for AgentOps: we hold the SLOs, the monitoring and the MTTR commitment. Others take operations in-house after a transition period, using the runbooks, dashboards and evaluation harness we hand over. Nothing in our stack locks you into us.
