We have certified architects on the team, which means the system design you approve was produced by people assessed on exactly this class of work.
Do you only deploy Claude?
No. We are Claude-first because we know it deepest and it performs on the agentic work we specialise in, but we are model-agnostic by policy. We benchmark candidates against your actual tasks and deploy the model that wins on quality, cost per resolved task in SGD, latency, and residency — including open-weight models where they fit.
Do we buy model access through you or directly?
Directly. You contract model access under your own accounts — with Anthropic, or through Singapore-region cloud platforms such as AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI — so pricing stays transparent and nothing is locked behind us.
